We worked with Ben on our vehicle purchase in June of 2025. During the process, we told Ben we were also considering other dealerships. In response, Ben strongly encouraged us to buy from Luther, emphasizing that their vehicles were higher quality and that Luther stands behind their cars, unlike other dealers.

Megan and Devan were great to work with. The car was a fair price for a used vehicle that had been combed through and updated. Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly people. I would definitely recommend them and probably will go back.

Before I bought the vehicle, some repairs were going to be done before I went ahead and bought the vehicle. Ben greeted me at the door of the dealership with a smile and a positive attitude. He was easy to work with. Joe was very open about the process and was very accommodating. Overall, I got a good used care and the service was great.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying a car. To start when test driving, Megan was very prepared eith all the car details we were testing. When I noted some issues with one of the cars we were testing she agreed it needed to be fixed (braking issues) and didn't try to convince us it was fine. Without Jamie Cook (JC) I don't think the sale would have happened. Her honest, calm approach was refreshing. She listened to us. In addition, when things did not work out at first, she gently (key word) sent follow up messages offering alternatives. JC is just a natural person and not a rehearsed slick car sales dealer.
My sales woman was amazing. Love her!!! However. The back office staff was deplorable. They can’t even figure out how to order Critical Habitat plates with a car purchase that needs plates. My sale was delayed a couple days “while they figured it out” then regular plates showed up. They made me go to the DMV on my own time to swap the plates and I’m waiting to see if I’ll get reimbursed the duplicate fees I had to pay for their mess up. While they could have handled it for me. But they refused.

The purchase of the car was satisfactory experience. I believe the terms and price was fair. Jeremy did a excellent job.
Had a couple of issues with the car, it had a flat tire and no front license plate holder. But the salesperson was nice and they weren't too pushy.
Ben was great. He showed us around the lot and found me the best deal on the property. I was very satisfied.

Our experience at Luther was very good. Made an appointment with Jason. We were greeted with a smile at the door. Jason was ready and waiting for us and was very good to work with. We did not buy the car we looked at but the experience with Luther Used car and Jason were Very good. They were very accomadating and I would certainly try to buy there if they had the vehicle I wanted.

They did not waste my time, trying to sell me cars I can't afford. First they listened to me and my concerns. They understood and gathered the appropriate information and went to work to find me a car. A car that I wanted, a car that I could afford, and found a company willing to work with me on a car loan. Only then, they call me to check out my perfect car.
Very disorganized staff. The vehicle had not been inspected yet but they wanted money down. Gave me a total. Which was way too high. The vehicle was filthy inside with a ripped driver seat yet price was high book. The vehicle didn't pass inspection.
Vehicle wasn't ready, 1/4 tank of gas. Sticker glue inside window, battery was dead after sitting in garage for week. I was not a happy customer.
This review is in regards to Luther Bargain lot. Typical used car lot. They blow sunshine up your xxx to make a sale. Had car one week and then major breakdown. problem had been hidden so it wouldn’t present during sale. Problem would have been hard to miss during other work that had just been done by Luther.
